CatDietPlan
ParticipantI recently started feeding my cats Rawz cat food, trying both the wet canned food and the dry kibble. So far, my cats seem to really enjoy the chicken, turkey, and rabbit flavors especially the Natural Premium Pâté. Bowls are always clean! 😻
I’m curious if anyone has noticed improvements in energy, coat health, or digestion after switching to Rawz. Also, is Rawz cat food cooked or raw? I’ve seen mentions of Rawz digestive support and senior cat options, but I’m still figuring out what’s best for my cats.
For those who buy it online or in stores, where’s the best place Chewy, PetSmart, Amazon, or a local store? I’ve also read about feeding guides, nutritional info, and carbs/phosphorus content, but would love real experiences.
Would love to hear honest Rawz cat food reviews both wet and dry. Is it really worth it compared to other premium cat foods, or just a tasty option for your kitties?
Feed Your Cat the Best with RAWZ Cat Food!High-quality meals loved by cats and trusted by owners.🥇 2435+ repeat purchases in 30 days!10/29/2025 at 7:56 am #2209MeowDiet
ParticipantBeen feeding Rawz for about eleven months and my cat absolutely thrives on it. The 96% meat content is incredibly high you can literally see and smell the quality. His coat is stunning with shine I’ve never seen before. Muscle tone is exceptional, energy consistently high. Digestion perfect with tiny firm stools showing excellent nutrient absorption. Costs around $3.60 per pound which is premium but the results justify it completely. Every vet visit shows outstanding bloodwork and body condition. The minimal processing preserves nutrients that high-heat cooking destroys. Sometimes premium pricing reflects genuine quality rather than just marketing.

ParticipantTried Rawz and my cat developed excessive thirst and frequent urination within ten days. Bloodwork showed slightly elevated kidney values. Vet suspected the extremely high protein was stressing her kidneys. Switched back to moderate protein food and values normalized. Quality is clearly top-tier but intensity was too much for her particular system.

ParticipantThe minimal processing concept makes biological sense. Less heat processing preserves more nutrients compared to heavily cooked alternatives. High meat content aligns with feline carnivore needs. Been researching premium options and Rawz appears consistently in high-quality recommendations. Price is steep but considering if results justify investment.

ParticipantVeterinary nutritionist perspective Rawz formulas contain 96% animal ingredients which is exceptionally high even among premium brands. The dehydrated format with minimal processing preserves heat-sensitive nutrients better than kibble manufacturing. Protein levels around 44 48% suit feline carnivore biology excellently. For cats without kidney concerns, Rawz provides nutrition very close to raw feeding without handling raw meat. The ingredient quality is genuinely premium with whole prey ratios. Premium pricing reflects actual quality rather than just marketing positioning. Excellent choice for owners wanting maximum nutrition if budget allows.

ParticipantCOST REALITY:
Rawz: $3.40-$4.00 per pound
Orijen: $4.50-$5.50 per pound
Stella & Chewy: $4.00-$5.00 per pound
Acana: $3.50-$4.20 per pound
Wellness CORE: $2.80-$3.20 per poundRawz prices at upper premium range but below ultra premium like Orijen. The 96% meat content justifies premium over conventional brands. Cats eat significantly less due to nutrient density making cost per feeding more reasonable than per-pound pricing suggests.

ParticipantThe nutrient density means dramatically smaller portions satisfy nutritional needs. My cat eats literally half the volume compared to conventional food. The bag lasts twice as long as expected. When calculating actual cost-per-feeding, the premium narrows considerably. He stays satisfied on minimal amounts.

ParticipantRawz offers both dehydrated and wet food formulas. The dehydrated format is shelf-stable convenience without refrigeration while maintaining minimal processing benefits. Wet food provides maximum moisture. Having both formats allows choosing based on feeding preferences and lifestyle.

ParticipantRAWZ VS ORIJEN (Ultra-Premium Comparison)
Both ultra premium with high meat:
Rawz advantages:
MORE affordable ($1+ less per pound)
96% meat content (incredibly high)
Minimal processing focus
Dehydrated format option
Better value propositionOrijen advantages:
Stronger brand recognition
Wider availability
Fresh regional ingredients emphasis
More established reputation
Slightly more formula varietyMy take: Both are exceptional quality. Rawz for maximum meat content at better price. Orijen for brand reputation and availability. Either delivers outstanding nutrition. I prefer Rawz for value and meat percentage.

ParticipantFor young active cats or athletic breeds, Rawz provides ideal nutrition. My Bengal has extreme energy and the high protein supports his activity perfectly. He maintains lean athletic build with visible muscle definition. Active cats benefit enormously from nutrient-dense formulations.
10/29/2025 at 8:11 am #2219FelineFuel
ParticipantThe minimal processing preserves natural enzymes and nutrients destroyed by high-heat kibble manufacturing. Cats digest it incredibly efficiently based on tiny stool volume. The bioavailability of nutrients is clearly superior to heavily processed alternatives.

ParticipantThirteen months feeding Rawz and absolutely no regrets despite premium pricing. My cat maintains peak exceptional condition with stunning coat that strangers comment on, remarkable muscle definition, consistently high energy, and perfect health markers. The 96% meat content and minimal processing deliver nutrition very close to raw feeding without handling raw meat hassles.
Yes spending $75+ monthly on cat food seemed extreme initially but witnessing daily results validates every dollar completely. His quality of life is outstanding and every vet visit confirms exceptional health status. The minimal processing preserves nutrients that conventional manufacturing destroys. For households that can manage premium pricing and want absolute best nutrition short of actual raw feeding, Rawz represents outstanding choice.
Not budget food but delivers premium results justifying investment. The transformation in coat, muscle, energy, and overall vitality is genuinely remarkable. Worth considering if you want maximum nutrition and can accommodate premium cost. Results speak louder than price concerns.

ParticipantI started feeding my two cats Rawz wet cat food in the Natural Premium Pâté flavors, and they absolutely love it. I also mix in some Rawz dry cat food for variety. Bowls are always clean! I’ve noticed their coats are softer, and they have more energy than when I was feeding Kirkland or Nutra Nuggets. My cats seem genuinely satisfied with each meal. I buy Rawz from Chewy, though PetSmart carries some flavors too. It feels like a higher quality option than many standard premium foods, and I’d recommend trying the chicken and rabbit flavors first.

ParticipantMy indoor cat has been on Rawz cat food canned for about a month now, especially the turkey and chicken flavors. She cleans every bowl, which never happened with Nature’s Domain. I occasionally pair it with Rawz dry cat food for crunch and dental support. Energy levels have improved, and litter box issues have decreased. I was curious if Rawz is raw, but it’s actually cooked and safe. Chewy has been my easiest source, but PetSmart sometimes has select flavors. For picky or senior cats, I think the digestive support line is worth trying.
