ParticipantI noticed the same thing the Whole Earth Farms cat food website is basically gone. No product listings or updates. That usually means it’s discontinued. My cat loved the grain-free salmon dry food. I tried switching her to Kirkland Signature cat food, but she’s not eating as eagerly. If anyone finds an official statement or a new supplier still selling it, please share. I’d even consider bulk ordering if I can find it somewhere online.

ParticipantMy vet actually recommended Whole Earth Farms years ago because it was balanced for all life stages. I loved that it didn’t have artificial additives. Now that it’s gone, I’ve been trying to find a substitute for Whole Earth Farms wet cat food, but nothing matches the ingredients list. Pure Cravings is close, but I still wish Merrick had given loyal customers a heads-up before discontinuing. My cats are both struggling with the transition to new food.

ParticipantWhole Earth Farms cat food was such a hidden gem. I feel like people didn’t appreciate it enough before it vanished! I used to get it from Chewy, especially the duck pâté cans. It was affordable, grain-free, and smelled like real meat not that overly processed stuff. Now that it’s off the market, I’ve been eyeing Lotus Just Juicy Chicken Stew as a replacement. It’s pricier, but at least the ingredients seem honest and similar in quality.

ParticipantI still have the Whole Earth Farms dry cat food chicken flavor on auto-ship from Amazon, but my last order got canceled. That’s when I realized it might be discontinued. 😩 My cats have been on it for years! I’m thinking about switching to Nutra Nuggets grain-free, but I’d love something closer to the original formula. The texture, smell, and nutritional balance of Whole Earth Farms were hard to beat, especially for the price point.

ParticipantWhole Earth Farms was the only brand my cat didn’t get bored of. We rotated between chicken and salmon wet cat food, and she’d lick the bowl clean every time. Now, she just sniffs other brands and walks away. I don’t get why Merrick would pull such a reliable product. I tried Nature’s Domain turkey flavor recently, and she tolerated it okay, but not with the same excitement. If Whole Earth Farms ever returns, I’m bulk-buying!

ParticipantI feel like we’ve all been blindsided by this Whole Earth Farms cat food situation. It was such a dependable brand, and now every store says “out of stock.” I wrote to Merrick too, but they haven’t replied. My cats are currently on Pure Cravings and doing fine, but I miss the days when I could grab Whole Earth Farms canned cat food at Petco without stress. If anyone hears of a comeback or a confirmed replacement, please share it here!
