ParticipantI tried Wild Harvest grain free cat food because someone recommended it as a good backup food. It honestly surprised me. Not as oily as Kirkland Signature, and my cat didn’t seem to have trouble digesting it. I found it while looking for where to buy Wild Harvest cat food in Minnesota and ended up grabbing a few bags before leaving. No recall issues as far as I know. The wet food is a different story — my cat loves the turkey but hates the salmon. Can’t win them all!

ParticipantMy cat doesn’t love many dry foods, but Wild Harvest dry cat food worked well enough that I kept buying it. The Wild Harvest cat food turkey recipe seems to be the most popular among my friends’ cats too. The salmon formula is fine, just not high in protein like people hope. I alternate between Wild Harvest and Nutra Nuggets depending on what’s on sale. I’ve never run into any recall notices, which gives me peace of mind. I wish they’d expand their wet food variety though.

ParticipantI mostly use Wild Harvest wet cat food as a topper for dry kibble. It works great when my cats get bored of the same flavors. The ingredients are reasonably clean for something you find in a regular grocery store. I get mine from a Minnesota chain when I’m visiting family best prices I’ve found. Compared to Nature’s Domain, it’s definitely lighter in meat content, but that’s expected for the price. Honestly, if you’re on a budget and want something better than the bottom-shelf brands, this is a good pick.

ParticipantMy experience with Wild Harvest premium cat food has been decent. Not amazing, not terrible just dependable. My cat loves the turkey flavor, and the texture is pretty easy for her to eat. I checked Wild Harvest cat food ingredients against what I usually get from Pure Cravings, and obviously it’s not as clean, but it’s still okay. I buy the big 48-ounce bag because it saves money. I always check recall lists out of habit, and luckily I haven’t seen anything concerning with this brand lately.

ParticipantI like rotating between Wild Harvest dry cat food, Kirkland Signature, and Nutra Nuggets because each has something different to offer. Wild Harvest is definitely the lightest of the three. When my cat is being picky, the Wild Harvest wet cat food turkey pouch always does the trick. The salmon isn’t her favorite, though. It’s nice that it’s easy to find in grocery stores, especially when I was trying to figure out where to buy Wild Harvest cat food in Minnesota during a trip. Wish more stores carried the full line.

ParticipantWild Harvest cat food worked surprisingly well for my overweight cat because it doesn’t seem as calorie dense as some other brands I’ve tried. The Wild Harvest cat food ingredients aren’t perfect, but the turkey formula is decent enough for weight control. I alternate with Pure Cravings when I want a higher-quality protein source. The big 48-ounce bag is super convenient. Haven’t had any recall concerns personally. Overall, it’s a solid budget option, especially for multi-cat households where you need something affordable but not bottom-tier.
