My cats love the applaws freeze dried cat treats. I sprinkle a little over Nature’s Domain or Pure Cravings wet food as a treat topper, and they’re thrilled. The applaws whole tuna loin cat treat is a real favorite for both kitties. I also like the applaws puree cat treats, especially the chicken and tuna options they’re easy to feed and super palatable. Even the lickable cat treats get big purrs from my picky eater. These treats feel healthy and natural, and it’s comforting to know I’m giving them something without unnecessary fillers or additives.

I’ve been juggling different cat foods for years, and Grandma Mae’s Country Naturals cat food ingredients look cleaner than most. I’m always comparing brands like Nature’s Domain and Nutra Nuggets because budget matters too. But even though Grandma Mae’s is pricier, the salmon formula made my cat’s coat noticeably softer. The canned options are pretty good, and they don’t smell overly processed. I would say try the smaller 4 lbs bag to see if your cat takes to it. Mine didn’t hesitate at all, which shocked me since he’s extremely selective.

I was surprised how well my cats took to OrgaNOMics Chicken Dinner Grain-Free Pate. Usually, they only like crunchy kibble like Nutra Nuggets, but now they expect wet food daily. It’s been great for adding moisture to their diet. The pate is smooth, easy to mix, and doesn’t separate. I tried feeding them other brands like Kirkland Signature and Pure Cravings, but this one’s quality stands out. You can literally see the difference in how fresh it looks.

The minimal processing concept makes biological sense. Less heat processing preserves more nutrients compared to heavily cooked alternatives. High meat content aligns with feline carnivore needs. Been researching premium options and Rawz appears consistently in high-quality recommendations. Price is steep but considering if results justify investment.

Two years in and still going strong with Weruva! Started using it when my cat was diagnosed with early-stage kidney disease. The high moisture content has been crucial for keeping him hydrated, and his kidney values have actually stabilized (obviously vet-supervised). The “Truluxe” line has been our favorite – Mediterranean Harvest and Peking Ducken are his top picks.

Yes, I spend about $100/month on cat food for one cat, but he’s 18 years old and thriving. Quality nutrition isn’t an expense, it’s an investment. Would recommend to anyone willing to prioritize their cat’s health! 🐾
