I bought Thrive cat treats tuna from Pets at Home and she loves them. Freeze-dried texture makes it easy to break into smaller pieces for training or sprinkling over wet food. Compared to Kirkland Signature, the quality feels higher and more natural. She gets so excited when I pull the Maxitube out! Grain-free, all-natural, and high-protein, it’s exactly what I was looking for. A little pricey, but my cat’s reaction makes it worth it. Planning to try the shrimp and white fish flavors soonthey look equally tasty.

I’m surprised how much my picky eater loves Almo Nature daily tuna in broth. Usually she refuses anything new, but this one she licked the bowl clean. I like that I can buy Almo Nature cat food on Amazon or at the local place near me. Compared to Nutra Nuggets or Nature’s Domain, this feels much lighter and cleaner. I’ve been reading the ingredients and really appreciate the simple recipes. I’m tempted to try their holistic sterilised dry cat food with fresh salmon next because my senior cat needs something a bit lighter.

I JUST had an issue with Triumph canned cat food a few months ago not a recall, but the texture in the salmon formula was weirdly rubbery. I heard people saying they found “cartilage” pieces, which freaked me out a bit. My cat ate it anyway 😭. The Triumph wet cat food isn’t bad, but consistency varies too much to rely on it. I’ve been switching between Triumph turkey, Nature’s Domain chicken, and Pure Cravings tuna pouches. Honestly, Pure Cravings is the only one that hasn’t given me any digestion issues so far.

I tried Royal Canin Gastrointestinal High Energy Wet Cat Food for my senior cat, and the difference is noticeable. He eats more eagerly, digestion is smoother, and energy levels have improved. I mix in a bit of dry Royal Canin or Nutra Nuggets for variety, and he finishes every meal. Compared to other brands like Kirkland or Nature’s Domain, it feels much more controlled in nutrients. Portioning is easy, and I feel like I’m feeding something truly beneficial for his health. Even picky eaters seem to enjoy it.

Temptations are perfect for encouraging shy cats or helping anxious cats associate positive experiences with stressful situations. I use them during vet visits and car rides. The high palatability overrides stress temporarily. Strategic use for behavioral support provides real benefit beyond just random treating.

    COST COMPARISON:

Fancy Feast 3oz: $0.75-$0.95 per can
    Friskies 5.5oz: $0.60-$0.80 per can
Sheba Perfect Portions: $0.65-$0.85 per tray
    Wellness 3oz: $1.80-$2.30 per can
    Weruva 3oz: $2.50-$3.50 per can

Fancy Feast is among most affordable wet foods available. Significantly cheaper than premium brands. For budget-conscious feeding or multiple cats, the cost savings are substantial. Quality adequate for the extremely competitive pricing.
