My cat loves Churu meal cat food, especially the chicken and tuna flavors. I usually top her dry food with it, like Pure Cravings or Kirkland Signature kibble, and she cleans the bowl. The texture is creamy and easy to serve, which is perfect for older cats or picky eaters. I also like the meal pâté style for occasional snacks or rewards. Churu feels premium, and even though it’s not a full meal replacement, it’s a convenient way to make mealtime exciting and encourage cats to eat.

I recently bought Purina dentalife daily oral care cat treats for my senior kitty, and she’s obsessed. I pair these with Kirkland Signature dry food, which keeps her full but still allows her to enjoy treats. I also give Purina Pro Plan crunchy bites cat treats as a reward during playtime. The Purina friskies playfuls salmon and shrimp flavor cat treats are fun too, but honestly, the dentalife chicken flavor gets the loudest purrs. No stomach issues so far, and I feel good about giving them something that actually helps clean her teeth.

Honestly, I think the value is what makes people suspicious. Like, how can Costco’s Kirkland Signature cat food be that cheap? But one of the employees told me Costco contracts production to established pet food manufacturers, so they’re not cutting corners; they’re just buying at massive volume. Mine tolerates the dry food well, but I use Nutra Nuggets when I rotate proteins because it seems similar in quality. My cat prefers the Kirkland pate cat food over the chunks less chewing for her lazy little self. For the price, it’s hard to beat.

I’ve been feeding my cats Rachael Ray Nutrish Canned Cat Food, and they absolutely love it. The flavors are spot-on, and mixing with dry Nutrish keeps meals fun and varied. Digestion is smoother than with Kirkland or Pure Cravings, hairballs are fewer, and litter box odors are minimal. Coats are shinier, energy levels are up, and even picky cats finish eagerly. I like that the wet formulas are premium and thoughtfully crafted, making me feel confident that I’m giving my cats high quality nutrition they actually enjoy.

Tried Friskies and my cat’s coat became noticeably greasy within month. Energy seemed lower too. Switched to better quality food and both issues improved. The extreme affordability definitely reflects ingredient quality compromises. Sometimes paying even slightly more delivers better health outcomes. The minimal savings weren’t worth watching her condition decline.

The lack of any information about “Small” brand suggests either extreme obscurity or name confusion. Legitimate brands typically have some online presence even if minimal. Complete absence of information is unusual and concerning for making informed purchasing decisions.
