Honestly, I just wanted pill-hiding help and ended up becoming a creamy lickable cat treat spokesperson to all my friends. The chicken & liver creamy lickable cat treats hide meds perfectly. My cat never even pauses to think. I keep Pure Cravings tuna cans around, but if she’s slow to eat, I add a line of creamy goodness on top. Sometimes I grab the creamy lickable cat treats stores near me carry on sale and stock up. I like knowing the ingredients stay more protein-focused than filler heavy.

I tried Vital Essentials raw cat food for my senior cat the rabbit mini patties and chicken mini nibs. He’s loving it! I also tried some of the frozen raw options for variety. Compared to other premium brands like Pure Cravings or Nature’s Domain, it feels really high-quality. I checked Vital Essentials cat food reviews and ingredients, and everything looks clean. Phosphorus levels are fine for older cats, and portion sizes are easy to manage. Cats are eating consistently, energy is good, and coats look shiny. Definitely a brand worth considering for raw feeding.

I’ve tried the salmon bark and the fish & chicken recipe from Just Food for Cats. Both are big hits here. My adult cat eats less kibble since switching, and I’m wondering is just dry food ok for cats if it’s always available? From what I’ve read, dry alone isn’t enough, and my cats clearly prefer wet. I like that the DIY meals let me control ingredients. I sometimes rotate Kirkland Signature or Pure Cravings for variety, but Just Food for Cats clearly gets first pick in my house.

My picky eater loves Nom Nom chicken chow meow cat food. Ingredients in Nom Nom cat food are high-quality, digestible, and protein-rich. Digestion has improved, stools are firmer, and coat is shinier. I rotate Nom Nom fresh wet cat food or Pure Cravings dry cat food occasionally. Amazon and Nom Nom’s official Canadian store are convenient sources. Price is higher than Kirkland Signature, but visible health benefits make it worth it. Holistic, premium, and fresh a great choice for indoor or picky cats.

The transition to raw feeding requires gradual adjustment period for cats accustomed to processed food. Digestive systems need time adapting to raw proteins and natural format. Proper transition protocol essential for preventing upset during raw feeding introduction regardless of brand quality.

The ingredient lists show real recognizable components without lengthy chemical names. Fresh preparation allows simpler formulation without heavy preservatives needed for shelf stability. Transparency in ingredients builds trust compared to mysterious components in some shelf-stable foods.

My picky eater surprisingly loves Smalls. She’s rejected countless foods over the years but accepted fresh food immediately. Something about the texture and natural smell appeals to her. The freshness probably tastes better than heavily processed alternatives. If you have notoriously difficult eater, fresh food might be worth trying despite the cost. Getting picky cats to eat consistently has value beyond just nutrition.
