I picked up Simply Puree cat treats after seeing them recommended here, and wow, both of my cats went wild. The squeeze texture is perfect, super smooth, not overly fishy smelling, and easy to serve without mess. I grabbed the Simply Puree cat treats 48 count box because we go through treats fast, especially when I use them as toppers on Pure Cravings or Kirkland Signature wet food. I also tried the Wild Eats Simply Puree cat treats variety pack and loved the mix—no boredom at all, just excited licking every time.

I tried Redford Naturals indoor cat food for my two senior cats. Ingredients in Redford Naturals cat food are high-quality, digestible, and protein-rich. Coats are shinier, digestion is smoother, and hairballs have decreased. I mix in Pure Cravings wet cat food for variety. Amazon and Chewy are convenient sources, sometimes with Redford Naturals cat food coupons. Price is higher than Nutra Nuggets, but health and coat improvements make it worth it. Definitely a premium natural cat food worth trying, especially if your cats have digestive sensitivities or picky tastes.

My indoor cats have been eating Blackwood dry cat food grain-free chicken formula. Ingredients in Blackwood cat food seem excellent high meat content, low fillers. Bowls are licked clean every time! 😻 Hairball control and digestion are improved compared to grocery brands. I rotate with Nature’s Domain or Pure Cravings wet cat food. Amazon and Shopee Malaysia are reliable sources, sometimes with coupons. Price is higher than Nutra Nuggets, but the improvements in coat, energy, and digestion make it feel worth it. Blackwood seems like a real premium alternative to Royal Canin.

I started using Against the Grain wet cat food for my diabetic cat, and it’s been a positive change. The low-carb formula and real meat are perfect for her diet. I give her Chicken & Pumpkin Samba, and she finishes every bit. Compared to Nutra Nuggets or Kirkland, this food feels less processed. I checked for any Against the Grain cat food recall, and so far, nothing recent. I usually buy from Chewy, but sometimes Petco has bundle promos, so I stock up then.

The limited ingredient formulas work well for cats with food sensitivities. My cat with mild digestive issues does excellently on Made By Nacho limited ingredient duck. Her occasional upset decreased significantly after switching. Quality simple formulations address sensitivity without expensive prescription diets.

The marketing feels really aggressive which makes me suspicious. Constant ads with urgent messaging about “what you’re feeding is dangerous” rhetoric. Quality brands don’t usually need fear-based advertising. That said, freeze-dried raw does have nutritional merits. Considering ordering small amount to test but hesitant given the cost. Anyone know if they offer trial sizes before committing to expensive bags?

My cat was super picky about the LifeSource Bits 😕 She’d eat around them and leave them in the bowl! Tried multiple formulas but same result every time. She didn’t like the texture or taste of those dark pieces I guess? The regular kibble she ate fine though. Quality seemed good, just those bits were an issue for her. 🐱
