I bought Thrive cat treats tuna Maxitube, and my cat literally jumped when she saw it. She usually ignores standard dry treats like Nutra Nuggets, but the freeze-dried texture keeps her engaged. I crumble a few over her wet food or use them for training rewards, and she’s very enthusiastic. Grain-free and natural ingredients make me feel better giving them daily in moderation. The Maxitube 200g lasts a long time, and the resealable packaging keeps everything fresh. Definitely a high-quality treat for picky eaters.

I tried Triumph turkey cat food as a cheaper alternative to Tiki Cat, and honestly it wasn’t that bad. My cat liked it better than expected, but I had to mash it because the texture is denser than most canned foods. I also tried Triumph premium chicken and liver cat food, which she tolerated well. No vomit, no diarrhea surprising 😂. My biggest complaint is that Triumph canned cat food quality control really varies. One can was perfect, the next was full of hard chunks. Compared to Pure Cravings, Triumph definitely loses consistency points.

For my senior cat, Fromm Mature Gold Cat Food has been amazing. He eats both wet and dry happily, and digestion is smoother than with other brands like Nutra Nuggets or Nature’s Domain. I rotate flavors to keep things interesting, including Game Bird and Surf & Turf. Portioning is easy, and litter box issues have improved. His coat looks shinier, and he’s more energetic overall. It feels premium and balanced, and even picky eaters seem to enjoy it. Definitely a good investment for cats needing high quality, supportive nutrition.

The nutrient density means cats eat significantly less volume. My cat eats only 1/3 cup twice daily compared to 1/2 cup on previous food. The 10-pound bag lasts almost two months instead of one month. When calculating cost-per feeding rather than cost-per-pound, the premium narrows considerably. She stays satisfied on smaller amounts.

My senior cat at 17 years still eats Fancy Feast enthusiastically. The soft pate texture works for her limited teeth. She maintains stable weight and bloodwork stays acceptable for her age. Not every elderly cat needs expensive senior formulas if regular food meets requirements adequately.
