I recently switched to Performatrin Ultra healthy weight cat food for my indoor cat. Ingredients in Performatrin Ultra cat food seem good high protein, low carbs, limited ingredients. Hairball and digestion control have improved. I mix with some wet options for hydration like Pure Cravings or Nutra Nuggets. Chewy is the easiest way to buy Performatrin Ultra cat food, and subscription discounts make it more affordable. Price is higher than Kirkland Signature, but the health improvements in coat, energy, and digestion make it feel worth it. My cat is enjoying every meal.

The American Journey wet cat food (especially the turkey & chicken pâté) has been a game changer for my senior cat. He’s eating better and moving more. I love that American Journey offers so many protein options salmon, duck, chicken, turkey. I used to feed Kirkland Signature but noticed it lacked moisture. The grain-free canned cat food gives him extra hydration. I buy from Chewy, but I wish Petco carried the Landmark version in stores. Anyone tried mixing it with Nature’s Domain for texture?

Purina’s manufacturing consistency across massive production scale is actually impressive. Batch to batch reliability across millions of bags requires serious quality control systems. Small companies sometimes struggle with consistency despite good intentions. Large-scale reliable manufacturing has practical value.

My cats wouldn’t eat it 😕 I bought like 20 cans because the price was so good, but both my cats sniffed and walked away. They’re super picky though, so it’s probably just them! My neighbor’s cats eat it happily! Quality looked fine, just didn’t appeal to my particular divas lol! 🐱
