I never expected cat treat minnows to be this useful. I use them for puzzle toys, slow feeders, and especially as toppers over Kirkland Signature canned chicken. The crunch and smell make them exciting without sugar or additives. freeze dried cat treats minnows are also great for portion control because they’re light but satisfying. My cat acts like each one is a trophy he hunted himself.

I just tried Hound & Gatos rabbit canned cat food, and my cats went crazy for it. I also tried duck and chicken & liver, plus some dry food for variety. Hound & Gatos cat food ingredients seem clean and natural. I compared it to Nutra Nuggets and Kirkland Signature, and it’s definitely premium. Online reviews also mention better digestion and coat health I can see that already. Availability is good both online and locally. The wet variety packs are great for testing flavors. Definitely a brand I’d recommend to anyone looking for high-quality cat food.

The RAWZ turkey cat food pâté is my household’s number one. Even my picky cat who normally refuses pâté finishes it. I like that RAWZ cat food nutrition profiles are transparent. The dry RAWZ cat food is good as a backup, though my cats prefer the wet formulas. Compared to Kirkland Signature or Pure Cravings, RAWZ is definitely on the pricier end but worth it for cats with food sensitivities. I still haven’t found RAWZ cat food petsmart carrying more than one flavor. Wish their distribution were better.

My indoor cats eat Nom Nom chicken cuisine cat food, and they love it. Ingredients in Nom Nom cat food are clean, digestible, and protein-rich. Energy is up, hairballs are reduced, and coat is shiny. I rotate Nom Nom Now cat food or Nutra Nuggets dry cat food occasionally. Amazon, Chewy, and Nom Nom’s official store are my sources. Price is higher than Nature’s Domain, but for digestion, coat, and hairball improvements, it feels worth it. Definitely a premium, fresh option for indoor cats.

I first bought Dave’s Pet Food Renal Cat Treats for my cat with mild kidney issues, and they were such a hit that I tried the wet food too. Now, both my cats eat the Shredded Chicken recipe daily. It’s affordable, high-quality, and seems to really help with hydration. I wish more stores stocked Dave’s Cat Food even Petco near me rarely carries it. For anyone wondering, yes, it’s as good as those high-end “natural” brands, just without the markup.

The frozen raw format requires significant freezer space for bulk storage. Each delivery contains multiple days of frozen food portions. Need adequate freezer capacity and remember to thaw portions in advance for feeding. More meal prep and planning involved than shelf-stable feeding but manageable routine for raw feeding benefits.

    COST COMPARISON:

    Freshpet: $2.80-$3.50 per serving
    Smalls (delivery): $5-6 per day
Nom Nom (delivery): $4-7 per day
Premium wet food: $1.80-$2.50 per can
Regular wet food: $0.75-$1.20 per can

Freshpet prices below fresh delivery services but above conventional wet food. The refrigerated fresh format without subscription requirement provides middle option. More affordable than home delivery fresh while maintaining fresh preparation benefits. Reasonable pricing for accessible fresh food.

    COST BREAKDOWN:

Smalls fresh food: $5-6 per day = $150-180 monthly
Premium kibble: $1-2 per day = $30-60 monthly
Premium wet food: $3-4 per day = $90-120 monthly
Other fresh services: $4-7 per day = $120-210 monthly

Smalls is expensive compared to conventional options. You’re paying for fresh preparation, human-grade standards, and home delivery convenience. Cost is 3-5 times higher than quality kibble. Whether that premium is justified depends on how much you value fresh food benefits and whether your budget accommodates the expense comfortably.
