I bought the orijen original cat treats because I saw so many pet people mentioning strong aroma and honestly, they weren’t lying. My cat tracked me from the kitchen to the bedroom before I even opened the bag. I tried mixing them with Nature’s Domain grain-free salmon because she sometimes refuses kibble days, and suddenly she’s eating like a champ again. I rarely find treats that work as actual appetite support, but this one does.

My cats are obsessed with Kasiks wet cat food. I tried the cage-free chicken formula grain-free canned food first, then turkey and chicken. Compared to Nature’s Domain or Pure Cravings, Kasiks feels fresher and higher quality. I checked Kasiks cat food nutritional value and phosphorus levels everything looks safe. Cats finish every bowl, energy is up, and coats look shiny. Online ordering through Chewy is easy, and some Canadian stores carry it. Portion sizes are simple, feeding is stress-free, and mealtime is fun. Definitely a reliable human-grade wet food option.

I recently switched my indoor tabby to Supreme Source Grain Free Cat Food, and she actually ate it without hesitation! I’ve tried so many brands like Nutro Max Chicken Supreme and Kirkland Signature, but she usually snubs them. The salmon flavor seems to be her favorite so far. I like that the ingredients are clean and high in protein, and it seems gentle on her stomach. I haven’t noticed any digestive issues, and her coat is starting to look shinier. I picked it up at Petco, but I’ve seen it on Amazon too.

AUTHORITY VS SIMPLY NOURISH (PetSmart Brand Comparison)

    Both PetSmart exclusive brands:

    Authority advantages:

    More affordable pricing
    Wider formula variety
    Good ingredient quality
    Core PetSmart brand
    Accessible premium option

    Simply Nourish advantages:

    More premium positioning
    Better natural reputation
    Cleaner ingredient focus
    Higher quality perception
    Premium store brand

My take: Authority for budget-conscious quality. Simply Nourish for premium store brand. Both are PetSmart exclusives providing options at different price points within same retail ecosystem.

Using Science Diet for nearly four years and my cat maintains excellent health on it. Started on regular adult formula, now uses senior version as she aged. Every vet checkup shows perfect bloodwork and healthy weight. Her coat stays nice, digestion works smoothly, and energy appropriate for her age. The formulas are developed by veterinary nutritionists with actual clinical research. Yes it costs more at around $2.80 per pound but my cat’s consistent health validates the investment. Sometimes vet recommendations are based on genuine quality rather than just marketing relationships.
