I used to stress over hydration, but creamy lickable cat treats fixed that without effort. The creamy lickable cat treats mega pack is always stocked in my pantry now because I have two cats who tag-team guilt stare until tubes are opened. I balance meals with Nature’s Domain and Pure Cravings, but the creamy texture is what gets tails twitching. The salmon flavor creamy lickable cat treats especially work like magic. Zero mess, zero resistance, and maximum cat devotion.

My cats went crazy for SoJo’s freeze-dried cat food. I started with the raw and natural recipes, then added the turkey complete cat food. Compared to Nutra Nuggets or Pure Cravings, it feels fresher and more wholesome. I checked SoJo’s cat food reviews and ingredients, and there haven’t been any recent recalls. Portioning is simple, and my cats finish every serving. Availability in Canada has been good online and at local pet stores. Overall, they seem energetic, happy, and healthy. Definitely a reliable natural and freeze-dried cat food option.

After trying so many brands, from Pure Cravings to Kirkland Signature, Redbarn Cat Food ended up being the winner in our home. My cats love the Redbarn Chicken and Beef Stew Canned Cat Food the most. I also noticed less vomiting and better digestion since switching. It’s made with real ingredients, and I can tell it’s higher quality. I wish more stores carried it, though it’s hard finding Redbarn Cat Food near me. Definitely worth stocking up when I do find it!

The novel protein variety (venison, bison, boar, trout, salmon) provides options beyond standard chicken and fish. Rotating proteins prevents potential food sensitivities from repetitive single-protein feeding. My cat rotates between Rocky Mountain and Canyon River formulas for dietary diversity.

PURINA PRO PLAN EXPERIENCE – February 2025 to August 2025

    Testing Purina’s premium line:

February (Weeks 1-2): Purchased Pro Plan Adult formula. Previously feeding Purina One. Started mixing approximately 25% Pro Plan with current food. My cat Bella showed good interest immediately. Transition began smoothly.

February (Weeks 3-4): Increased ratio to roughly half Pro Plan. Digestion remained stable throughout changeover. Stools stayed firm and healthy. Appetite continued strong. Good indicators during transition.

March: Completed full switch to Pro Plan. Within first month, her coat started developing more shine than on Purina One. Energy levels seemed slightly elevated. Weight maintained at healthy level. Subtle improvements noticed.

April-May: Second and third months on Pro Plan exclusively. Her coat transformation became more pronounced – definitely shinier and softer than before. Digestion continued working excellently. Energy stayed consistently good.

June: Fourth month feeding Pro Plan. Vet checkup showed healthy weight and excellent body condition. Bloodwork came back normal. Vet commented specifically on how nice her coat looked.

July-August: Six months on Purina Pro Plan now. She’s maintained excellent health throughout period. The upgrade from Purina One produced visible improvements in coat quality and overall vitality. Quality has been consistent across purchases.
Monthly cost: Around $52-58 for one cat. Mid-premium pricing but results justify upgrade from basic Purina.

My cat ate Sheba willingly for maybe two weeks then gradually lost interest. She started leaving more in the bowl each day until barely touching it. Something about the consistency or flavor didn’t maintain appeal long-term for her. Quality seemed okay but palatability faded quickly. Works initially but didn’t sustain enthusiasm for my particular cat.
