My cats go wild for applaws cat treats! The freezedried options are crunchy and highprotein, and they love the natural flavors. I often crumble a bit of applaws cat treat whole salmon loin over their Kirkland Signature dry food, and they gobble it up. The applaws puree cat treats are also great for training my younger cat especially loves the lickable texture. The chicken puree cat treats and tuna loin treats are perfect for sensitive tummies. I feel good knowing these treats are mostly singleingredient and natural, without unnecessary fillers.

My cat has a sensitive stomach, and Grandma Mae’s Country Naturals grain free cat food has been surprisingly effective. The simple ingredients seem to help because she hasn’t thrown up in weeks. I used Nature’s Domain before, but the formulas were too rich for her. The canned cat food from Grandma Mae’s is softer in texture than Pure Cravings, but my cat loves both. I bought the 4 lbs bag first and just switched to a bigger one because it’s working so well. Definitely worth considering if your cat struggles with digestion.

For cats with food sensitivities, the OrgaNOMics Turkey, Duck & Chicken Dinner is a life-saver. My Siamese had constant soft stools until I switched to this. It’s gentle, filling, and grain free. I had tried Nature’s Domain and Nutra Nuggets before, but neither worked as well. The pate is smooth enough for him to lick easily. Also, no strange after-smell like some other canned foods have. Definitely sticking with this brand for the long run.

The packaging design is actually quite nice with clean modern aesthetic. Resealable bags maintain freshness. Sturdy construction prevents issues. Small details but practical considerations for daily use. Better packaging than some bigger brands.

COST BREAKDOWN (because everyone asks!): 💰

Tiki Cat 2.8oz: $2.20-$2.80 per can
    Regular lines: ~$2.20-$2.50
    After Dark (highest protein): ~$2.50-$2.80
    Velvet Mousse: ~$2.30-$2.60

Monthly cost for one cat (2 cans daily): ~$130-170

YES it’s expensive! BUT for medical recovery or maintaining healthy muscle mass, it’s worth it! My cat eats less because it’s so filling. Plus avoiding health issues = saved vet bills! 💚

Something nobody mentions: the can sizes are smaller than typical cat food cans. Most brands do 5.5oz cans, but Weruva does 3oz and 2.8oz primarily. This is actually PERFECT for single cat households because the food stays fresh and doesn’t sit in the fridge. But if you have multiple cats, you’ll go through cans faster. Just factor this into your cost calculations. The smaller size also means more packaging waste, which is a consideration if you’re environmentally conscious.
