I bought churu cat treats 120 count, and they’ve lasted longer than expected. I usually rotate between Nutra Nuggets, Kirkland Signature, and Pure Cravings wet food, topping meals with Churu treats for excitement. The lickable purée texture is great for picky eaters and easy for older cats. I also use them for training or rewarding good behavior. Ingredients are mostly real meat, protein-rich, and low in fillers. Portioning is simple with the tubes, and my cats get excited at mealtime. Definitely a convenient, high-quality treat option.
I’ve been curious about Ziwi Peak canned cat food venison and finally tried it. My cat is hooked. I supplement with small amounts of Pure Cravings for variety, but Ziwi Peak is the main meal. Her energy, litter box habits, and coat have all improved. I used to feed Kirkland Signature dry, but nothing compares to the air-dried process that preserves nutrients. It’s an expensive habit, no doubt, but if your cat tolerates it, the health benefits seem worth the extreme cost. I would say it’s premium for a reason.
My indoor cat enjoys Merrick Backcountry Dry Cat Food, especially the poultry flavors. Compared to Nutra Nuggets or Nature’s Domain, digestion is smoother, hairballs are fewer, and litter box odor is minimal. Coats are glossier, energy levels are higher, and picky cats actually finish their bowls. I like that it’s grain free and made with high-quality ingredients. Mixing in a small amount of wet Merrick or Raw Infused keeps meals fun. Switching to Merrick has been a noticeable upgrade in overall health, energy, and satisfaction compared to standard grocery cat foods.
Tried Fresh Pet and my cat developed persistent diarrhea within five days. The richness seemed too intense for her digestive system used to kibble. Switched back to regular food and everything normalized. Quality is clearly premium but formula was too much for her particular system to handle initially. Some cats need slower transitions to fresh food.
