Whisker Lickin’s chicken cat treats are a big hit at my house. My indoor cat normally snacks slowly on Nutra Nuggets or Nature’s Domain wet food, but these soft treats got her full attention. Texture is soft, easy to chew, and portion control is simplejust a few pieces at a time. I also tried the salmon soft & delicious cat treats, which she loves for variety. Great for bonding, training, or just as a small snack. Mess-free, flavorful, and my cat reacts like it’s a special occasion every time.

I used the Hill’s Science Diet cat treats when my cat was coming off a stomach bug, and they were gentle enough that he didn’t have any setbacks. I kept his main meals on Pure Cravings and some Nature’s Domain dry food, but for snacks, we stuck with Hill’s. The freeze dried treats are great for training because they break easily without crumbling everywhere. The Hill’s Science Diet hypoallergenic cat treats also helped during allergy season. Nothing glamorous, but consistent and safe which is all I want when his stomach is still touchy.

I finally tried Freshpet cat food after seeing it at my local Walmart near the pet section. My picky girl actually ate it right away, which shocked me. I got the Freshpet Vital chicken recipe, and it smelled way fresher than canned food. I love that it’s refrigerated and not shelf stable like other brands. I’m curious though can cats eat Freshpet dog food in small amounts? I almost grabbed the wrong roll last time because the packaging looks so similar!

Our senior cat loves Sheba Wet Cat Food, especially the gravy pates. The texture is smooth, easy to chew, and she actually finishes her meals without leaving leftovers. I rotate occasionally with Pure Cravings wet food, but Sheba seems more flavorful and fresh. Digestion is gentle, and her energy has improved a little. It’s pricier than Kirkland Signature, but seeing her so happy at mealtime makes it worthwhile. I’d suggest starting with a small pack to see if your cat likes the gravy flavor before buying larger quantities.

Not gonna lie, I had mixed feelings about Applaws cat food. I read online about people saying “Applaws cat food killing cats,” which scared me at first. But after digging deeper, it seemed like it was more about specific recalls years ago, not current batches. I’ve fed Applaws canned cat food to my cats for months now and haven’t seen any problems. Their coats are shiny and digestion is fine. Still, I get the concern always worth checking batch numbers and expiry dates before buying.
