I’ve tried both Raw Paws cat food and Healthy Paws, and the biggest difference for me is consistency. Raw Paws sometimes comes a little icy or uneven, while Healthy Paws always seems perfectly portioned. My cat Tiger doesn’t care; he’ll inhale either. What shocked me was how much calmer he became on raw. He used to get hyper after eating Nutra Nuggets and then crash hard. Now he seems much more balanced. The rabbit formula from Raw Paws was his absolute favorite, though it’s definitely more expensive than chicken.

My cats are obsessed with the Halo Chicken Pâté cans. I used to buy Nutra Nuggets and Pure Cravings for variety, but they always left half behind. Halo? Clean plates every time. The texture is soft enough for my older cat, and even my younger one doesn’t get bored. I also tried their grain free dry food super crunchy, smells nice, and keeps their breath decent. It’s available on Amazon, but I found it cheaper once on Petco during a sale.

My cats love Taste of the Wild Canned Cat Food, especially the Prey and Rocky Mountain formulas. I tried mixing it with their usual dry food, and they gobbled it all up. Compared to Nature’s Domain or Kirkland dry foods, it’s richer in flavor and more satisfying for them. Even my older cat has been eating more eagerly, and her digestion seems better. I also sprinkle in a little dry kibble from the same line to keep variety, and mealtime has become less of a battle. Definitely worth trying for picky cats.

Purina Naturals Grain-Free cat food worked great for my kitten when she was younger. I liked that it had no corn or wheat but still gave her enough energy to run around like crazy. Now that she’s older, I mix it with Purina Naturals Indoor formula to balance calories. I’ve tested other brands like Pure Cravings and Nature’s Domain, but Purina just feels more reliable. The packaging is easy to reseal, and the food smells fresh. Honestly, I think the Naturals line is underrated for how affordable it is.
