The pedigree kitten cat food is pretty mild and worked well when my baby transitioned off milk replacer. It’s softer and easier to chew than Nutra Nuggets. Tried Wilderness salmon formula and my cat developed excessive thirst and urination. Bloodwork showed slightly elevated kidney markers. Vet suspected the very high protein was stressing her kidneys. Switched back to moderate protein food and values normalized. Quality seems fine but formula was too intense for her particular system. Some cats handle extreme protein better than others.
