I wasn’t sure about Thrive cat treats shrimp flavor, but my cats loved it immediately. I sprinkled a few over Pure Cravings wet food, and she practically dove in. The freeze-dried texture is idealcrispy enough to be interesting, but not hard to chew. I’ve tried a ton of other treats like Nutra Nuggets or Kirkland Signature, but nothing keeps her attention like Thrive. The Maxitube packaging is genius too, keeping everything fresh for weeks. Definitely adding the white fish and liver versions to the cart next.

My cats are loving Nature’s Logic beef canned cat food. I also mix in rabbit and poultry formulas for variety. Compared to Nutra Nuggets or Nature’s Domain, it feels more natural and premium. Portioning is easy, energy is up, digestion is smooth, and coats are shiny. Available at PetSmart and online, so stocking up is convenient. Mixing wet and dry meals works perfectly for my cats. Definitely a reliable, wholesome, and grain-free option for anyone wanting high-quality nutrition for their cats.

My kittens are loving Merrick Backcountry Grain-Free Wet Cat Food. The rabbit and game bird flavors are the favorites. I rotate occasionally with Nature’s Domain, but Backcountry seems to win every time. I also sprinkle a little freeze-dried chicken mixer, which they eat eagerly. Compared to Kirkland Signature and Pure Cravings, Merrick Backcountry seems more satisfying for them. Their energy levels are up, and coats are shinier. Digestion seems normal. Chewy and PetSmart have the pouches in stock, and Walmart sometimes carries the dry formulas. No recalls noticed so far.

My indoor cats are thriving on Farmina Grain Free Cat Food. I started with wet meals, then added dry N&D formulas like codfish low grain. They eat everything eagerly, even picky ones. Compared to Kirkland or Nature’s Domain, it’s cleaner and feels more natural. Their coats are shinier, digestion is smoother, and hairballs are down. Portioning is easy, and I feel confident about the quality. I love rotating flavors like quinoa urinary or ancient grains to keep mealtime interesting. It’s definitely been a noticeable improvement in my cats’ overall health.

Pet nutritionist perspective Temptations are formulated as treats, meaning higher fat and lower nutritional completeness than regular food. The AAFCO statement on packaging specifies “treats” not “complete and balanced.” They lack the full vitamin and mineral profile needed for daily nutrition. Using them as occasional rewards is fine but they shouldn’t exceed 10% of daily calorie intake. The extreme palatability comes from fat content and flavor enhancers. Like giving kids candy okay occasionally but not nutritional foundation.

My cat does fine on Goodlands but I maintain backup food from established brand. If supply becomes unavailable suddenly, I need immediate reliable alternative. Depending entirely on obscure brand creates unnecessary risk if availability problems arise unexpectedly.
