Fresh Step cat litter might not be fancy, but it’s reliable. I’ve used Extreme, Clean Paws, and standard clumping versions. They all perform similarly, with differences mainly in scent and tracking. My cats seem happiest with unscented. Feeding Pure Cravings wet food helps reduce smell too. Litter and diet really go hand in hand.
